We at Topline Tennis value your custom. To ensure you are provided with the best service possible, please take a moment to read the following Terms and Conditions.


Topline Tennis offers make up lessons to its student’s in the case of sickness (maximum of 3 per term) and for travel where 2 or more lessons will be missed. No makeup lessons will be given without 24 hours’ notice in the case of travel. In the case of illness notice needs to be given before the time of your lesson. All notifications and bookings for makeup lessons are to done by emailing brayden@toplinetennis.com. Once emailed, we will reply with available make up times. No makeup lessons will be given for social or other activities. Please Note: Make up lessons will only be given for the current terms coaching; no make up lessons will be given for previous terms missed lessons.


Topline Tennis reserves the right to conduct Makeup Lesson classes at alternate times/days to student’s usual class times. If students do not, or are unable to attend these classes, they will be forfeited.


If lessons are washed out you will receive a courtesy SMS text message informing you of the wash out. If you do not receive an SMS message lessons will be held as scheduled. To catch up for the missed lesson we will SMS you informing you prior to the double lesson being scheduled.


Topline Tennis offers 14 days payment terms on all its accounts. If for any reason you are unable to comply with this please call the office to make alternative arrangements.

It is company policy that no invoice or account deductions are allowed.

In the event where the customer fails to pay the whole amount due within seven (7) days of being so requested to do so by Topline Tennis in writing, Topline Tennis will be at liberty to instruct a collection agency and/or solicitors to recover the monies outstanding. The customer shall be liable for any costs, charges, commissions and expenses reasonably and properly payable by Topline Tennis to such collection agency and/or solicitors relating to the recovery of such sum.


All lesson times and placements remain the same from term to term. If you need a lesson change please call the office on 9432-3706 to organize this. If at the end of the term you do not wish to continue with lessons please email info@toplinetennis.com or call 9432-3706 before the first Monday of the new term or a cancellation fee will apply.
